Six Things Participants Notice
These are the aspects of Vestara sessions that come up most consistently when participants describe what they found useful.
Plain Language from Start to Finish
Sessions are built around the assumption that participants have no prior familiarity with retirement system terminology. Every technical term is explained in ordinary language when it first appears.
Only Official Sources Referenced
All information in session materials is drawn from the Social Security Office, Revenue Department, SET fund registers, or other government bodies — and each reference is noted in the reading pack so participants can verify it independently.
No Advice, No Sales, No Pressure
Nothing in a Vestara session — or in any follow-up — constitutes advice on what a participant should do. There are no referral arrangements and no product recommendations, before or after the session.
Small Groups, Unhurried Pace
Public sessions are capped at around 15 participants. This keeps the room manageable, allows time for questions during the open discussion segment, and means the facilitator can adjust the pace to the group on the day.
Printed Materials to Keep
Every programme includes take-home materials — reading packs, checklists, or presentation slides. These are drawn from current official sources so participants can continue reading at home and share with family members if helpful.
Up-to-Date Before Every Cycle
Session materials are reviewed and updated before each new programme cycle. Where official guidance or document formats change, the materials reflect those changes — participants are not working from outdated printed copies.
Workshop Expertise Built Around Retirement Documents
Vestara's facilitators have spent several years working through Thai Social Security documents, provident fund statements, and related paperwork with groups of varying backgrounds. The sessions are built around what actually confuses people when they read these documents — not a generic overview of retirement theory.
Worked illustrative examples are used throughout, and the reading packs include annotated versions of the most common document types so participants can see exactly which field or figure a particular explanation refers to.
Session content built around documents participants actually receive
Worked, illustrative examples throughout — not abstract summaries
Annotated document samples in the take-home reading pack
Open Q&A segment to address questions from the room
Consistent session structure repeated across every public programme
Preparation checklist sent to registered participants before the session
Materials reviewed and updated before each programme cycle
Employer programme delivered across multiple structured sessions
A Structured Process That Stays Consistent
Each programme type follows a consistent format so participants know what to expect and can follow the session without needing to orient themselves as they go. The Retirement-System Orientation runs for approximately half a day; the Document Organisation Workshop is a shorter, hands-on session.
Participants registered for public sessions receive a short preparation note beforehand describing what to bring and what the session will cover. This reduces time spent on housekeeping at the start and allows more of the session to focus on the material itself.
Transparent, Fixed Session Fees
Session fees are fixed and stated upfront. There are no additional charges for printed materials, refreshments at public sessions, or email responses to straightforward follow-up questions. The price listed is the price paid.
Employer programmes are priced per organisation, not per head, so HR teams can plan budget with certainty regardless of how many staff members attend each session within the agreed programme scope.
Retirement-System Orientation Seminar: ฿4,250 per person, all materials included
Document Organisation Workshop: ฿6,970 per person, checklists and templates included
Group Employer Programme: ฿11,390 per organisation, presentation materials included
No hidden fees, no upsell during or after the session

What Sets Us Apart
Distinctive Features of Vestara's Approach
Annotated Document Samples
Reading packs include annotated copies of common retirement documents — Social Security fund statements, provident fund membership confirmations, and similar materials — with plain-text explanations placed directly alongside the relevant fields. This is not something typically found in group seminars.
Hands-On Filing System in the Document Workshop
The Document Organisation Workshop gives participants reusable folder templates and labelled checklists they can take home and apply immediately. The focus is practical administration, not theory — participants leave with a working system, not just an understanding of why one might help.
Employer Presentation Materials Remain with the Organisation
HR teams taking part in the Group Employer Programme keep the presentation slides and reference materials after the programme concludes. These can be reused for new staff cohorts without returning to Vestara, giving the investment a longer practical lifespan.
Available at Employer Premises in the Isan Region
For organisations based in or around Nakhon Ratchasima and the wider Isan region, Vestara can arrange the Group Employer Programme at the organisation's own premises — reducing the logistical burden for HR teams and making attendance easier for staff.
